Weather And Cancellation Policy

1. If you need to cancel or reschedule with greater than 60 days prior to your event, you will retain a credit for your deposit with our company that can be used on a future rental (no expiration)
2. If you cancel within the 60 days prior to your event, you will forfeit the entire yacht rental fee and vendor fees that have been paid
3. All cruises are rain or shine (please see above cancelation policy)
4. The downstairs is fully enclosed and heated
5. The upstairs is able to be enclosed up to about 80% and has heaters throughout
6. In some circumstances, the yacht departure may be delayed due to high winds, but guests may board the yacht and remain at the dock until it is safe to cruise. This is at the Captain’s discretion and is 100% based on our goal of safety first for our guests.
