Join us for a day on the lake, to refill our minds, hearts, and souls. You will spend the day aboard The Carolina Grace Lake Norman, being served and cared for so that you can rest, reset, and leave feeling alive, connected, and rejuvenated!
Please contact us for our current schedule of available retreats. All retreats are available as a private event and customizable to the needs of your group. Corporate outings, team building, gathering of friends, bridal party celebrations, pre-wedding refreshers, and more! Everyone can reap the benefit of these unique and customized retreat experiences.
Yoga and Meditation Retreats (sample schedule)
8:30am - Yacht Embarkment and welcome event with coffee, tea, and juices
9:00am yacht sets out on Lake Norman
9:30am - Yoga session one
10:30am - Guided open air meditation
11:30am -Healthy lunch and juices
12:45pm - The yacht will anchor for optional swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding (weather dependent)
2:30pm - Yoga session 2
3:30pm Mocktail Party (beverages containing alcohol will be available for purchase)
5:30pm- yacht returns to dock/disembarkment
